What to Include in the T&C Document

All content, designs, and materials created by BA Media remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely information, feedback, and approvals necessary to complete projects. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and deliverables.

Payments
All invoices are due according to the terms stated in your contract or invoice. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the project agreement.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
