  • For verification issues, ensure all submitted info matches documents exactly, upload clear, unaltered images, and correct any discrepancies in Seller Center.

  • For tax rejections, verify EIN/SSN, Taxpayer Name, and Tax Number match the submitted documents and resubmit for review.


How does the warehouse setup and shipping process work on TikTok Shop?


  • TikTok Shipping is the default shipping method; sellers must provide a valid "ship from" address verified by USPS during registration.

  • Sellers can update or add multiple warehouse addresses later via Seller Center, and invalid shipper account addresses do not affect ship-from or return addresses.
